After more than a decade of dedication to producers at Standard Nutrition Services, Kyle Schuman and TJ Williams are stepping into new leadership roles to guide the livestock nutrition company into its next chapter.
OMAHA, NE (August 7, 2025)— At Standard Nutrition Services (SNS), leadership isn’t just about titles. It’s about trust earned in barns, on farms, and across miles of gravel roads. This month, SNS is recognizing two leaders who have collectively spent 25 years doing just that.
From Regional Leadership to President
Kyle Schuman is taking on a new role as President of Standard Nutrition Services, after 13 years of guiding teams in various geographies as Regional Business Manager. Schuman has played a key role in strengthening producer relationships, helping translate field research into on-farm results, and mentoring nutrition consultants who serve some of the most competitive operations in the country.
“The best part of my job has always been the people,” Schuman said. “I’m excited for this new role, but at the end of the day, my goal is the same: to help producers succeed and to support my team making that happen every day.”
A Trusted Consultant Takes the Lead
Stepping into Schuman’s former role is TJ Williams, a familiar face to many producers in the Midwest. Williams has spent 12 years as a well-regarded nutrition consultant, known for his technical skill and the kind of hands-on support that has earned respect from his peers. He will serve as Regional Business Manager over the northern Midwest, while continuing to support his existing customers during the transition.
Williams said, “What I enjoy most is being out with our customers, finding solutions together and building real connections. This new role gives me the chance to support both our team and our producers in new ways, and I’m excited to keep earning their trust every day.”
These leadership changes mark an exciting new chapter for SNS, as the team continues to grow and innovate in partnership with producers. With Schuman and Williams taking on these new responsibilities, SNS is positioned to keep building on what it does best: pairing hands-on experience with solutions that help producers win.
